The first domestic AP1000 shielded main pump of SGG was successfully manufactured
Recently, the first AP1000 shielded motor main pump jointly manufactured by Shenyang Blower Group nuclear power pump Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shengu nuclear power) and Harbin Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Harbin electric equipment) successfully completed all product tests and post test disassembly and inspection in Shengu nuclear power, The test data show that all performance parameters of the main pump meet the requirements of the main pump design specification, and all indicators of the overall disassembly and inspection meet the relevant requirements.
The main pump is compared to the "heart" of the nuclear power plant, which plays an important role in the safe and reliable operation of the reactor system of the nuclear power plant. The AP1000 reactor coolant main pump adopts a high-power shielded pump with high moment of inertia flywheel. Due to its difficult design, analysis and calculation, manufacturing, inspection and test technology and high requirements, the whole process of the main pump from technology transfer negotiation, technology introduction, digestion and absorption to domestic manufacturing has been highly concerned by the industry.
